"Many" I think is an exaggeration. A bathtub on a raw floor is probably common practice in single-family homes. Screed sinks under load, then the partially elastic joints also tear. Not to mention the low entry at all.

Finally, you get a real impression of the room conditions and ceiling heights....

A small update from me as well.

In the past two weeks, the underfloor heating was installed and the screed was poured. Now it’s time to air dry for two weeks, followed by warming up for another two to three weeks.

Looks to me like that is the chimney, at least I see the flaps for the chimney sweep
