Is that by any chance coarse-grained fine plaster?

Do you know what fine plaster is? My buddy mentioned it today. But it didn't mean anything to me until now.

So far I have had offers with a two-layer plaster: base plaster as lime-cement lightweight plaster. Maxit IP 18 E. Top plaster as broom-structured plaster. But that seems to be a very expensive option, judging by the offer. Is fine plaster better? Maybe an exterior plaster professional can give me some tips and shed some light on it.

Thanks ;)

Here it continues as well: The top plaster is finished, about 10 more days to dry then it can be painted and the "annoying" scaffolding can finally go away (it will have been standing for about 7 months by then!)

The base area is being worked on, there's still quite a bit missing but that can be done without scaffolding.

Then today the external venetian blinds were finally measured. Everything would be perfectly prepared, according to the statement from the blind company. We are of course happy to hear something like that :D

At the very top our green roofs are also slowly taking shape (and that at well over 30° yesterday and today done by my sister-in-law with the green thumb following instructions from the roofer ;))

to the front...

and to the back

would you like to share tips?
We still have that topic ahead of us ^^

Sounds like you have the same plastering company -.-
Our house company already hinted that there is no appointment because the company initially had extreme delays due to the constructions from the (long) winter (plus Corona including restrictions regarding the entry of Eastern European workers) …

I would also like to exchange the "colorful" house for our gray one and see the house without the scaffolding!

So the "plasterer" here is a local painter's specialist company, they all speak "German" ;) and we know them personally. They really did a great job, so far no one has been able to find any faults in the work. Our house builder even traveled here specially and checked out the top installed window sills. With wood fiber ETICS this is an extremely important point.

And the weather was simply against us this year when it came to plastering. Too wet, too cold, too unstable.

I completely stayed out of the green roof (except: OK, we'll do it) I have to ask about it tomorrow at breakfast, but some people here do have a green roof.
