We're starting now too, also a hillside house. The excavation pit is now finished, next week the foundation slab will be poured.

Yes, we were really lucky to get the property. The water behind the trees belongs to a lake. I'm really curious to see how the view from the living room will turn out in the end, as the trees do obstruct the view a bit.

From the basement you can access the garden, the children's floor has a small seating area and an entrance from outside, there is no access from the residential floor but it has an open window front, and the attic floor also has two terraces.
