A bit less. But that's perfectly fine. When we were still in talks with various GCs, the general consensus was that disposal would cost around €20,000. Luckily, we are now building with an architect, because the tender brought bids in quite a wide range, including a local earthworks contractor who only has to transport the soil 2-3km. The excavation is well over 600m3.Disposal probably still costs 10,000 euros, right?
