See the maintenance manual. Changing a filter or wiping a housing is not rocket science.

Yes exactly .... so why should you then take out a maintenance contract .... I can understand it for the air-water heat pump because of the warranty .... or maybe also for the backflow flap because of insurance ...

oh, interesting. I wouldn't have thought that anyone besides Elon Musk has actually installed solar tiles yet. I thought they were still unaffordable. Would you tell me the price or the extra cost compared to regular photovoltaic modules? A close-up photo would also be great.

Here also team concealed channel!

Traumfaenger, do you have a picture of your emergency overflow? Do you have a gutter heater installed? Do you hear dripping noises from the downpipe?

My statement was based on an exemplary list: various extras are always associated with maintenance. And I personally would have the need to have a controlled residential ventilation system completely cleaned and disinfected. I do not sell such services and therefore do not compare the work of private builders and specialist companies. As already mentioned above, anyone who wants to perform the maintenance themselves should do so. Specifically regarding hygiene and cleaning of controlled residential ventilation systems, there are enough discussions and posts here in the forum. I will not start that anew here.

I can gladly make one for you and send it via PM, but you can hardly see anything (not even a box or similar). The emergency overflows are neither on the front nor garden side. Through a clever arrangement of the slope behind the parapet, the water is directed sideways into emergency overflows. These can only be seen from the back exit of the garage or sideways above a planting. No heating was required for the construction (already tested one winter). There are absolutely no dripping noises audible, everything is soundproofed. Even during heavy rain, you hear absolutely nothing.

Who needs it ... not me

We worked diligently on the puzzle over Easter, cursed all the pipes, I looked like a snowman because we need a 1 cm slope in the door area and therefore had to thin the Rolljet by 1 cm, and finally laid 3 layers of floor insulation

Today the heating coils were then rolled out

Fortunately, screed will come on Thursday or Friday. Otherwise, the civil engineering company for gas, water, and electricity would have left after 5 minutes on Monday because they only start working when the multi-utility duct has already been embedded in the screed. Oh yes, and I took 4 truckloads of sand from the neighbor. He doesn’t have to arrange disposal, we don’t have to buy expensive fill for the property. Win-win
