I am currently facing the decision: whether to buy [Titanzink-Stehfalz-Bleche] already pre-weathered for the new roof gables on the outside - for about 10 € more per square meter - or to watch for 5 years as the work marks of the roofer slowly disappear. I have decided on the latter ... and not because of the price, but because I find materials and their changes fascinating. Yes, I also find the environment an important aspect. I mainly mean that when making decisions about the appearance of things, the inside of Menschen is ALWAYS involved - and that is less clear than one might sometimes think o_O

Then something is wrong with the attitude ;)

I have my garden / my xyz for ME as I like it (within the framework of the requirements). And not how it fits with the neighboring gardens. If it were up to that, I wouldn't need a garden, because a lawn desert with a wire mesh plastic fence and a swing/trampoline on it is simply not my idea of a garden.

If I remember correctly, it was about 3,000 gross.

Parapet, windows and downpipes are all RAL 9004 (Signal Black). We had gotten tired of anthracite and therefore wanted something darker.

According to several plasterers, it depends on how roughly the broom finish is applied.

Honestly, we barely thought about the topic because we already have the same system (Aereco) installed in our current apartment. We have been very satisfied so far.

Ok, that's what my orthopedist already said...... You probably misunderstood me or I expressed myself clumsily :D. What I want to say is that depending on the external environment, things please ME differently....that is, ME, if the house is located in a new housing development or alone by the lake or in the forest. I did not have the neighbors' taste in mind, although I might somewhat include that in the taste calculation with the rather closely built plots. A dilapidated, overgrown castle complex is something beautiful. A partially dilapidated residential complex from the 70s, on the other hand, looks different.

I can't relate. In different places, I find different things pleasant and beautiful. In the countryside, I find it wonderful to fence off a part of the property, for example with a rough Bonanza fence. In an urban suburb with a correspondingly smaller property, I find that ridiculous. I would never have built our house exactly like this in an urban area. It fits the rural location. In an urban environment, I would probably have been more interested in a Wilhelminian-style house, a brick hall that can be expanded, an extension to a high-rise, or a houseboat than in building a single-family house myself. You can like more things than you actually realize – situationally appropriate, you decide on one of the many beautiful options. That's no attitude problem and is also very thoughtful of oneself.
