Anything under 7 months is negligent. Additives, for example to make screed dry faster, cost unnecessarily much money and should also be avoided. What’s the use if the builder does it in a rush? That guarantees botched work. There are builders who reject Viebrockhaus’s 3-month period and deliberately choose a longer construction time

It worked for us within that time (including the basement), we only had fast-drying screed in the heating room. But that’s common, right? It didn’t seem like botched work to me. Simply well organized without long waiting periods.

Today I finally had time to start with the workshop in the basement. Used up the leftovers from the kitchen countertop right away.

I would complain about this controlled residential ventilation. It's leaking rain inside. Otherwise, nice cabin, good location. The floor slab will be poured at 10 o'clock, and this morning more reinforcement was added in the transition between the floor slab and the retaining wall.
