Small updates: The Q2 putty work gently sanded at the transitions and then treated with primer (now the walls are baby butt smooth ;) ). Out of a total area of 900m², we managed an estimated 350m² this weekend. Additionally, in one residential unit, we installed the sockets, prepared the switch cables, and prepped the distribution box a bit (only low voltage, the rest is obviously done by the electrician). For the house connections to be installed next week, we prepared additional cables that we want to "throw" into the trench and lead through the multi-service duct (network for the wallboxes and electricity for the outdoor area / bike ports).
Here the screed layer really messed up and pressed the gas pipe in front of the sockets (they don't think even 1cm ahead while working. But I fear they are not paid for that either). So a few centimeters of screed have to be removed, the pipe shifted to the left, and then "smoothed over" again. The rolls on the right in the picture are by the way the 300m² impact sound insulation for under the vinyl and parquet.
My "cute distribution box," unfortunately the electrician has only had a few hours so far.
And here as an appetizer beforehand the bathroom tiles solo:
Next week finally a lot will happen again. Outdoor stairs & balconies will come and be installed, the long-awaited house connections will be made, the drilling for the heat pump (110m per semi-detached house), and all four bathrooms will be tiled (soon).
