Girls, you’re not serious, are you [emoji14]. Something will definitely go underneath. This is a threshold-free patio door. There will be some kind of fitting underneath. I took the photos while work was being done. It probably isn’t finished like this. Or maybe it’s just the window rebate ventilation [emoji23].

But we’re relaxed about it. Our DEKRA guy is coming soon for the inspection, he is very thorough and will surely notice any defects.

Well, here speaks a girl: beneath that they first built a wall, then the windows were attached to it. They have to be fixed at the bottom with brackets... but I’m not an expert to say that something is going wrong there. But your surveyor will surely tell you that.

A window always stands on the raw floor or is attached to it, doesn't it?!

So, after a long time, here’s an update from me again. A lot has happened in the meantime. The exterior plaster is in place - but not yet painted. Inside, the wellness area is almost finished, at least the tiling work. Now the parquet floor (Haro) and of course the stairs will be installed. There is an end in sight – at least inside... outside we still have a lot to do, the entire terrace area needs to be filled and then paved, the balcony flooring still needs to be done, and of course the glass railing...
