It would be pretty funny if your neighbor uncovers his basement to have living rooms in the basement with garden access

I also think every time that something is missing there. But it doesn't matter. I quite like end-terrace houses, especially if there are still 1 or 2 windows on the end side.

As says, it is simply a terraced house. This is not an invention of the 21st century. And at around 6.5 m wide certainly not an exotic. I also grew up in a similar terraced house (although overall larger but just as narrow) and survived it...

Whereas ours, with a width of 6.84m, still belongs to the larger ones. Here in the region, even semi-detached houses with a width of 5.50m are offered and sell like hotcakes. We are satisfied with it, and for two children, a living area of about 140sqm is completely sufficient.
