Great [emoji106][emoji898]

How long did the construction take until then? And how much longer will it still need to dry?

It has to become very light gray, ventilate and dry heat, feel free to give it a month to dry before continuing with the floors. Or is it a quick screed with additives? Karsten

From Friday we are supposed to fully ventilate, but starting tomorrow we are allowed to briefly let out the moisture. Strangely, nothing was damp yesterday. It’s probably due to the warm weather and the heating not being installed yet.

The screed now needs about 6-8 weeks to dry. In the basement we will probably need a dehumidifier since we don't have underfloor heating there. But I think it will already help us that we have always made sure to suck out the water from the basement during the open shell construction.

I don’t actually know when the heating will be installed. Gas and water are already laid, and tomorrow electricity and fiber optics will arrive.

I’m really curious how it will feel once we’re standing there. Now the height is finally right. I can also now reach the windows upstairs on the ground floor [emoji85][emoji23]

Oh, and we hope the screed layers were right and didn’t forget any rooms [emoji23]

The finished basement arrived in mid-October and the shell without windows was completed at the end of December. Then the windows didn’t arrive for a month. Well, but the draft doesn’t hurt [emoji16] Once the roof was on and the window openings on the south side were sealed, no more rain and snow came in [emoji16]

We had hoped to move in May. According to the contract, this should have been almost our latest completion date. But you can’t really tell from the outside. I think July should work if we manage to do the work ourselves in the most important rooms.

Aha (?) - what was corrected, and what do the large red loops mean? The island in the pipeline sea is a tub that is standing there at an angle?
