Small updates: The Q2 puttying was gently sanded at the transitions and then treated with primer (now the walls are as smooth as a baby’s bottom ;)). Out of a total of 900m² area, we managed an estimated 350m² this weekend. Additionally, in one residential unit, we installed the sockets, prepared the switch cables, and did some preparation in the distribution board (only low voltage, the rest is of course done by the electrician). For the house connections to be made next week, we prepared further cables that we want to "throw" into the trench and lead through the multiservice duct (network for the wall boxes and power for the outdoor area / bikeports).
Here the screed layer was really sloppy and pressed the gas pipe in front of the sockets (they don’t think even 1cm ahead when working. I also fear they aren’t paid for it). So a few centimeters of screed have to be removed, the pipe moved to the left, and then "patched" again. The rolls on the right in the picture are the 300m² of impact sound insulation for under the vinyl and parquet.
My "cute little distribution board," unfortunately the electrician so far only had a few hours available.
And here as a teaser in advance the bathroom tiles solo:
Next week finally a lot will happen again. The exterior stairs & balconies will come and be installed, the long-awaited house connections will be made, the drilling for the heat pump (110m per semi-detached house), and all four bathrooms will be tiled (soon).
Wouldn't it be easier to just relocate the socket behind the gas pipe and leave the screed as it is, or are you bound to some measurement because of the electricity?
