Hm, with us, "against the wall" was planned where one would have had to go into the exterior wall. However, the partitions were clearly communicated from the beginning and were made by us each time, for example, to the width of the shower, so in my opinion, it looks intentional rather than just 20 x 20 cm in the corner.
