Here is a recent photo. The garage roof is to be greened later, and for the 3 parking spaces on the right, I want gravel lawn; on the left will be a front garden.

I’m contributing a bit to the contrast program
In new construction, the individual steps are clearly defined; in contrast, many surprises await in old building renovation.
The plan was to renew the insulation "from above" because it’s easier. No such luck – over the years, quite a few creatures had made themselves at home in the insulation. The smell – enough to make you run away.

The wooden facade certainly looks cozy, but it surely has to be painted often.
