The steps are oak, finger-jointed, oiled.

I wouldn't have thought oak. We have oak block-glued with raw wood effect lacquer Jordan PUR matte. Looks much lighter

10-15k€? Now that's crazy! Crazy expensive. We're talking about a straight staircase.

Railing like the one seen on KingSong offered by the locksmith for 230€/m net (offer available). You need 5m of that. Glass would certainly be more expensive. A concrete staircase made on site would have cost around 3000€, then you would still need a covering of your choice on top. Exposed concrete staircase 4800€ including impregnation, delivery by truck crane in packaging for protection, covering caps for transport eyes (puttying would be cheaper). A steel stringer staircase with beech would have cost 3500€, stringer a bit more expensive. Oak surely more expensive too. But nowhere near 10k€. You would need glass railings and natural stone covering for that.

Yes, if you choose a concrete staircase, you already reach the 10-15,000€. Concrete staircase 3000€ + 7,000€ oak covering (including labor, creating templates, etc.) + approx. 5000€ for the glass railing....

Since we are already talking about stairs:

Here is our staircase after completion.

Type of construction:
Concrete staircase built on site by the mason and covering made of granite from the natural stone factory.

Two photos taken in daylight and one photo was taken in the evening with staircase lighting.
