Alright
Finding anthracite paving is not really a big challenge
However, I would choose something more high-quality for the terrace than plain concrete paving (even the same as the driveway). But it depends on the budget.

The budget is sufficient, however, for example, we like or find the KANN Multitec paving adequate for the terrace. Perhaps then in a different size (I’ve also seen it in 80x80 cm).

The only variable now is the remaining area.
- 32.5 m double rod mesh fence around the L stones at the bottom
- Remove and deposit another 50 cm of garden soil. My estimate: 90-100 cubic meters + extend the staircase down by 2 steps and have the drainage for the terrace roof prepared
- Pave 170 sqm of paths, driveway, and terrace
- Deliver and spread topsoil

€20,000 are available for this plus labor.

Then it is estimated that €30,000 will still remain because electrical work, plastering, painting (all despite updates) have become cheaper.

Rarely sweat so much. After the carrier of our distributor provided a really poor service (did not deliver within the 4-hour time window, then called saying he was there now and drove off with the goods 15 minutes later), I decided to pick up the distributor myself from the freight company. The thing is 2m high and, despite load securing, was obviously quite shaky. 15 km and 30 minutes later, it’s safely at the construction site. Phew

Today, I was able to see the wooden acoustic ceiling Trend for the first time - it is not quite finished yet. We are thrilled. I can't capture how beautiful it looks in a picture. Nor how it positively influences the room acoustics. This is an attempt with a cellphone camera:

Does it get very dirty in the gaps?

I could not see that with the sample covers. These covers are also used in commercial areas where cleanliness is given high importance. We will see how it will be with us - I will report in a few years. Here you can see the structure of the plates from the side, there is not much space for dirt.
