I just checked ... everything is fine with our spice rack and cooking is done daily (see picture)! :) Interesting :) That one is then in our garage. As already mentioned, we still have a cooktop plus oven there and use it when, for example, things are cooked that take longer, smell strongly, or when you just need two ovens. But the toaster stays upstairs!! :) Also practical for a garage party ...

yes, but not the only one. Well, not everything runs smoothly in life, so you just have to look forward alone. The house, however, turns into a killer for someone new... you get stories thrown at your head...

I wouldn't even fit a fraction of my spices there... even if I only wanted to put the ones I use more often there. But honestly: those glass shelves, a film of grease forms on them immediately.

We just live minimally ... less is more! Back in my bachelor days, I only had salt, sugar, and pepper. But that's probably not a benchmark. Besides, there is probably still a "backup shelf" somewhere in the background (I suspect in the apothecary cabinet opposite). You can tell the kitchen is not really my domain ... Honestly: I can't confirm that ... A new kitchen will/would certainly be planned differently by us - or rather: by her. We took over this one, but are managing quite well with it.

I think I understand that, but I believe it looks in the photo like many small unknown flying objects forming up to attack. And the smoke detector is the mothership. Somehow funny, not everyone has that. ;-)
