Last week the exterior plaster was applied here. After some discussions, the screed will be installed on Wednesday. Everything looks good for the planned move-in just before Christmas.

The move-in was actually planned for week 48/49, but we still have massive delivery problems with the floor tiles.
Otherwise, everything is going quite well, but without the floor it’s not so nice.

On Thursday there was infrastructure work, the heating is currently being installed, and the painter is diligently filling the ceilings.

Today is the topping-out ceremony, even though the roof is already on. The nice thing is, the carpenter who injured his hand on the construction site last Monday will hold the topping-out speech.

The roof is finished. The carpenters are leaving today, the window installer is coming tomorrow.

Also, I was able to bribe my plumber to install my Ikea mirror cabinet since he was already setting everything up anyway

In terms of own work, the last two days were somewhat unproductive and I was only able to paint the living room ceiling and lay impact sound insulation in two rooms upstairs
