Well, if the house can be financed like that.... but whether that's really interesting: the two windows opposite belong to the teenage kids - so a view of messy kids' rooms (although one of them always has the shutters closed). Does that bring in money???

And the boards go directly on the beams? Nice solution - I have to remember that for flat floor structures with boards, underfloor heating, and as much insulation as possible.

A little update:

- Windows have been measured and ordered. Installation will take place in January.
- Stairs have been measured.
- On Friday, the ceiling elements will be installed. Electrical work and ventilation will also be prepared in the upper floor ceiling.
- On Monday, the upper floor ceiling will be poured.
- On Tuesday, the roof will be supported.
- Rough installation of plumbing and electrical will take place in January.

It’s hard to believe, although we only started with the L-blocks on 16.10., everyone kept their word that the shell construction will be weather-tight by Christmas. Crazy.
