Because a masonry basement is not as watertight as one made of waterproof concrete. That is completely normal.

Oh, one more note, the basement is not finished yet. The concrete that will be poured into the wall cavities and ceiling is still missing.

Glatthaar is also mentioned under abp joint sealing. I think they have their own system for their Aqua basement. But they did not use a joint tape. However, I am not an expert to say whether a Glatthaar precast basement is a true waterproof tank [emoji848]
