Just spoke with the heating engineer. He said that the installation is specified by the heating manufacturer. However, he will check it again and get back to me.

Parkett is being installed as the flooring here. The other gap is the transition between the living room and the hallway. Possibly a door will be added here (I am still undecided).

There are no cats here.

I had imagined the loophole to be a bit bigger, but it is what it is and it doesn't really bother me. That is between the countertop and the wall cabinets of the kitchen.

It's a Sto color, they don't come up with such romantic names for their colors

A separate heating circuit for the pictured interior hallway would be a bit too much. [...] At most, one could distribute the pipes more evenly, then there would be no temperature differences.

That is also my impression, that here - quite appropriately - the hallway simply participates in the transit to the rooms that actually need to be supplied (and that it could also be laid "nicer"). But closing the gap with extra loops would probably be counterproductive.

I have certainly suspected a sensible idea behind it. Nevertheless, this nicely shows the oddities that arise when planning each facade side separately. In reality, one hardly ever looks at them purely frontally, and also not individually from inside the same room.
