No flowing screed and the water has not settled there. But it probably won’t make any difference..

Apparently not, otherwise it wouldn't have been walkable so quickly.

I don’t want to overestimate all this now... But it is kind of funny. Honestly. Just superficially, I mean. Amusing.

You say you can plan a kitchen yourself. The result (no matter why, how, or what) is then: cable visible, socket missing, microwave looks so awful there, etc... Believe me, others also turn your rental apartment kitchen into a practical and extremely nice kitchen.

Some people are good at that, others aren’t. (Me, for example, not at all.)

It’s usually about being dependent on a general contractor, so you don’t even come into contact with the draftsman or the architect authorized to sign drawings... this forum is for those stuck in that cloud, to get the best out of standardized standards and individual possibilities... In that respect, one should not blame the client for what he cannot help.

Service phase 5 or 1-4 doesn’t really matter here. A versatile user in this forum can certainly differentiate or should if they criticize here.

Still, if you see planning mistakes, you can and should communicate them. That’s what this forum is for.

If it’s about criticizing a kitchen design: you don’t have to post here if you’re not asked... but you can. My opinion.

Nevertheless, this is an image thread... if the kitchen is to be discussed, can gladly post the kitchen in the linked thread.

Yes, folks: there are other threads here that could also benefit from you.

To get back to the core of the topic here: Although there is no picture of the new building, progress is slowly becoming visible - albeit still with the dismantling of the old structure. I was on the construction site for quite a while yesterday and watched the guys. It's always impressive to see the power behind the machines. Then an elderly neighbor came by with the comment, "That's where the family's house used to be...". It makes you think a bit about all the stories that are being torn down with it - and there must have been quite a few since the building was erected in 1963.
