Last Thursday our concrete slab was poured. Over the weekend we then buried the ring trench collector (not quite finished yet) and after 2 days the bricklayers had already accomplished a lot.

It looks bigger than I thought.

Does not apply to usual single-family houses anyway. From 3 stories upwards afaik.

Yes, that's true, I had that wrong in my head, sorry. It's not a must but we went along with it anyway, better safe than sorry

Today they started the underfloor heating. The roofer was also there to fix the leaks on the garage roof. The provisional drainage of the gutter was professionally designed.

Tomorrow at 3:30 PM the surveyor will come to inspect the floor pipes.

The screed was planned for Thursday but will probably be moved to Monday, as several things on other construction sites were postponed due to the Feast of Sacrifice.

I am currently dealing with the electrical installation. There is a DIN standard that specifies which chase depths and widths are allowed without structural proof. That becomes difficult with KNX at 17.5 and impossible at 11.5 if I understand correctly. Or does the structural engineer prepare proofs for all chases in such constructions?

Nonsense, no structural engineer cares about that or will ever recalculate it. You can exaggerate everything, slash it in, and that's that.
