You ask questions...

Thanks for the input, I will try to clarify this. The edge distances of the dowels should be okay, as the architect, structural engineer, and steelworker independently approved the plans.

The steel skeleton will be clad afterwards, so optical matters are not so important at this point.

I will also try to clarify the type of assembly and the dowels.

The direction of the light is not really the problem, but rather the pattern of the covering. As a rule, it is a longitudinal striped wood or stone look, which visually lengthens a room or not. The chosen laying direction transverse to the longitudinal axis is already perfect here.

Milestone, yes, that’s true!
Whether the view on the ground floor will stay that way, I can’t say yet, below the street there is indeed still a plot of land undeveloped. In the attic we will definitely always see some of the other shore, even if the plot is built on.

It is indeed recommended that the flooring be laid WITH the light incidence. But we have rooms where the windows are arranged on both the longitudinal AND the transverse side, so in one case we would have the parquet laid across the light incidence anyway.

Exactly, the laying direction throughout the house was set CROSSWISE to the main light incidence because of these (two) narrow rooms, to visually widen these two rooms a bit. These rooms are only 3.28m wide, but 5.50m long. Whether it works will remain to be seen!

I don't perceive much orange/red. Alternatively, you can ask at a building materials store, or inquire with Roca for a dealer.

I have now asked the manufacturer for dealer addresses. In your photo (guest WC?), I don't see any red/orange, I just realized, maybe the pictures are partly (from the manufacturer) really poor in color representation.
