And I don't want to say that no one should upload pictures anymore here. I also benefit from it myself and we are all entertained/stimulated/deterred/amused by the pictures or whatever. But you just have to be aware that - especially here on the anonymous internet - you can also encounter a lot of negative things in all kinds of ways. And that can be unsettling, as already writes.

One should be aware that mostly amateurs are at work here, most of them first-time mothers as well (sorry for the word theft ). That is indeed the case, but I also think that’s a good thing. This way, hints are brought up that one can either follow up on or ignore. In my case, I clarified it with the home savings contract and therefore see it as uncritical. But yes, you do need a thick skin, as topics like floor plans, equipment wishes, or working methods are discussed very controversially here in the forum. It can get worse though, if you look at other building forums.
