The shed roof was necessary because, according to the caseworker, otherwise it would have become a 3rd full floor, which is totally nonsensical from a building law perspective. We would have had to either sue or accept this shed roof. We would have preferred a flat roof as well.

I'll give it a try, everything should fit like this:

Shell construction including interior and exterior plaster, earthworks, development auxiliary work and a few small things - 161k
Development - 7.5k
Carport including foundation work - 21k
Roof work (flat roof warm roof) - 16k
Monopitch roof + metalwork - 8.3k
Windows (19) + doors - 17k (plastic, basalt gray outside with RC2N on the ground floor as well as on the upper floor at accessible points including window contacts for KNX)
Raffstores 6 pieces (mixed sizes) - 4.2k
Roller shutters (13 pieces, aluminum) - 4.6k
Aluminum front door with side panel - 4.5k
Heating (gas without solar), sanitary rough installation, central ventilation with heat recovery and enthalpy exchanger (Zehnder Q350) - 44k (including underfloor heating insulation)
Sanitary fixtures (DIY) - approx. 7k
Screed - 3.3k
Electrical (relatively extensive KNX with SAT and LAN) ~44k (got quite out of hand, after initial 30k :/ )
2x air conditioning 5k
Painting work (outside + inside) - 11k
Carpenter interior doors + wooden staircase (oak parquet) - 8.4k
Drywall - 2k (kitchen boxing, monopitch roof ceiling + 1 drywall partition)
Glazier - 4.5k (4m wide glass railing, glass window sills, shower wall and 2 large mirrors)
Floor tiles (throughout the house) - 5.7k
Wall tiles - 1k
Floor covering roof terrace - 1.5k (installation included in flat roof work)
Tiler - 18k (including a lot of on-site work (also took on smaller parts of painting and plastering))
Outdoor facilities (invoice not yet received) ~23k
Carport roof sealing (not yet done ~3k
Architect fees - 28k

Total is 453.5k€

That matches quite exactly, that's also how it looks in the account now.
There was a bit of small stuff like notary, etc. for the land transfer, that came from the parents.
Kitchen was 21k, dressing room 3.5k, cloakroom 1k.

So it should now be around ~480k. Pretty crazy.

Eldea, that is our door. Only we have the upper pane clear for more light, the lower one too, so the cat can look out. One has to think about Tiger as well. I tell you, this is a beautiful door, every day it becomes more beautiful, you will experience it. Karsten

We didn't think of the cats [emoji85] But they can look out the window in the guest / study room. The place will be really good for them now anyway [emoji6] I like the door too and it will fit well with the room doors. Also, it barely cost extra [emoji16] We originally wanted a panel insert, but that was absurdly expensive and not such a visual difference.

Eldea, seriously, this is a run-of-the-mill door that every other person has here. But I don't care about that at least, I like it, it closes, is tight. Lets in light, and what everyone has can't be entirely wrong.
