Distance to Lake Constance should be about the same in both cases. But you are off by a good 30 km there ;)

We're making progress too, the electricians were here!
A few cables

In week 22 our underfloor heating is coming.

That means for us to finish installing the installation level everywhere, insulate the installation level, and close it from below, sometimes with wood, double drywall or double Fermacell.
Here with wood

Drywall with hemp-jute insulation

Fermacell

We also chose switches and sockets. For all visible ones it will be Busch-Jaeger in futur linear, matte black, for the rest something cheap in white.

We have finally decided and ordered the tiles for the ground floor. Since I love vegan meat substitutes just as much as tiles with a wood look, we also chose exactly those (Number 1 it became).

Upstairs we now want a harder plank floor than pine or spruce. It will probably be ash, like our staircase. The first offer of 92 € / m² (just the wood) made us gasp a bit, but luckily we only have 38 m² of wood upstairs.

And to finish, a photo from the roof window, under which my bed will stand

Since we currently have to air out our house twice a day, I took the opportunity to take some pictures. Part 1. :)

Here is the third part, only one last part follows with fewer photos, but with two "What is this?" questions. If anyone has time and feels like answering them. Thanks in advance. :)

Now comes the last part of my photo collection for today, with the two announced "What is this?" questions. Thank you. :)
