The company that does the joint work is actually rated quite well. So far, my general contractor hasn’t brought any nonsense either. Fingers crossed that it stays that way. I just wonder about the timing. So why first the carport, then the joints?

especially since the scaffolding is already gone
I hope this is not just an example that a "screed Ahmed" might refer to who misunderstands the joint finishing as clinker smearing
Since I have seen pictures of cables here, I have to share mine. After a craftsman said my cables were in the way and had moved them aside, there was chaos at first. A day later, however, it looked better and also like no one could throw it into chaos anymore. For your information: the cables that go outside are still missing. It’s about another ring of cables that hung on the left side of the room. I'm glad that's over...
What have you used to seal the floor-to-ceiling windows on the outside? I've never seen it in that color (house color).
I'm not an expert, but whenever I see pictures like this, I wonder why they don't also put the floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor on a (narrow) row of bricks, place a "windowsill" on top, and plaster the whole thing like the rest? As soon as there is a minimal parapet height, this is how it's usually done.
