I once had a floor plan discussion thread. But at some point, I stopped following it. In the end, we chose almost exactly the floor plan that was generally not so well received in the thread back then. We still think it’s great. In the end, it’s just a matter of taste. I can open a project thread tonight with some pictures of the planning.

I think I was just inactive here for longer? We actually signed the contract at the beginning of the year. The start of construction was supposed to be earlier, but the architect was out for a few weeks and there were a few small issues, so it ended up being September. :) We are also in an area with a development plan and simplified procedure. That goes quite fast.

Yes, I know these "little things" all too well, unfortunately, they also came in bunches for us. I just said I have to learn patience at some point and that "some point" seems to be now.

That explains it, we had to get all authorities involved and that dragged on forever, so I was just so surprised. I'm happy for you, sometimes things can go smoothly!
