yes, behind the property the development area ends, the view remains (until the municipality possibly comes up with something else) and the neighbors are sufficiently far away. About 10m to the right and about 18m to the left.

The colleagues are currently finishing the ventilation system. Now I finally know why we have 16cm floor construction + floor covering.

We also have floor outlets on the upper floor, on the ground floor everything goes through the ceiling, which makes sense! The only question for me is why you only find out about something like this when they are already installing it at your place? Haven't you seen any plans or questioned the ventilation concept?
