But this is what this forum is based on. It won't change.

And yes ypg, of course it's about personal taste. You like to contribute to floor plans and try to justify your comments and enforce them. Is that objective or personal preference?
Similarly, a "peer group" of people with the same tastes develops and confirms each other. It’s always interesting when a new group forms and how the "established" then react to it.

zaba, even though still in the first construction of life, can identify execution errors through remote diagnoses. So others are allowed to judge the function of a staircase, right?

It's no drama at all, just normal. It only feels different when you are on the other side.

... when I plan children's rooms and put myself in the behavior of annoying teenagers, withdrawn husbands, and moms doing laundry ... well, what is that? Some call it empathy, combined with basic knowledge, attention, and experience

Mr. guckuck: the questionnaire, that’s from me, so that one can objectively and FOR the builder make proposals. The attentive reader also reads that I neither enforce nor impose anything. Except when it comes to facts (e.g. window size), there I’m stubborn.
Personal preference is clearly the floor plan discussion, but certainly not the optimal process of preparing a midday meal, although I know how the kitchen must be arranged in order to be optimal. And I stand by the latter as well. The decision maker is not me anyway
I hope you understand what I mean by that.

By the way, this has very little to do with taste

Hello Sebastian, the space seems to be used optimally. What are the dimensions of your kitchen?

So meanwhile the topping-out ceremony is over and next week the roof should be completely finished
