With us, it still took almost 3 months after pouring screed with accelerator. The screed was walkable after 2 days and ready for covering in just under 3 weeks. One must not forget that during Christmas, the sidewalks are closed for two weeks.

The screed should be walkable after a few days. Then we will heat for about 3 weeks from around mid/end of November; several dehumidifiers are set up for this.

The end of January is roughly planned, if it turns out to be February, that is also not a problem.

In the panoramic image you can't see it that clearly, so tell me: how exactly did you solve it with the triple terrace door?

Neither had I, but they are also pointed arches, and very subtle ones at that – I would still have preferred if the windows had "followed" the arches.

We want to have the patio door made as a lift-and-slide door. That would have cost about €3000 net extra - it wasn't worth it to us.

From the inside, the two on the left can be fully opened as a French door design. The third element on the far left is a regular additional door.

I was skeptical about the decision. Now I have to admit that I like it very much, especially we do.

I feel like the elephant: the straight windows in the arches bother me.

Otherwise: great feeling when the scaffolding is gone and you can really see the house, right?

I can live well with the windows, especially in combination with the shutters at the bottom and top.

From the very beginning, there were many great ideas from our side that deviate from the standard and are therefore all associated with justified additional costs. We have decided to be very disciplined about this and stick to it – even though it is often difficult.

The budget is clearly defined and also includes a fund for special requests, but it is limited. In the end, everyone wants to get their invoices paid, and that only works if you stay within the specified framework.

There may be projects where this does not play a big role.
Motto "Money is cheap" does not apply to me.
