Hello Arifas,
the foundation slab was poured in mid-January, then winter came. Masonry work started on March 12th. According to the construction schedule, the house will be finished by the end of July. We hope it works out.
Best regards
Björn

Tight schedule. It could get tight if you assume 6 to 8 weeks drying time for the screed. Before that, there’s still electrical installation, plumbing, underfloor heating, interior plaster... and there are also some holidays in between...

Still, good luck, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it goes smoothly. [emoji4]

Wow! That is incredibly fast!

I’m very curious to see how it goes for us. The ground floor has been fully built, the ceiling is coming on Wednesday. Supposedly, windows and roof work will start in 2-3 weeks. But our completion guarantee is only for the end of the year. Although that is supposedly the latest handover date.
We’ll see.

Our move-in day was 27.03.2017, house finished on 29.07.2017
It's doable if you have a good company at hand or are building with one. Including screed and its drying.

The schedule is really tight but, according to the [Bauzeitenplan], extremely well coordinated with hardly any breaks. So far, the company has really met the deadlines according to their references. The windows are coming at the end of April and the screed will be laid in mid-May. So far, we are positively surprised. We have to move out of our house by the end of August. Otherwise, we would have a problem...

Whether a good house building company would build that quickly is an interesting question. It still seems (too) fast to me, but maybe possible with a prefab house. I would be skeptical with brick-by-brick construction. How much residual moisture did your screed have when the flooring was installed? Don’t get me wrong, I wish you all the best, it’s not meant to be spiteful. I’m just skeptical because of the short drying time.
