Left and right, but nothing behind.

After about 8 months of construction, the move is now imminent. The construction phase felt very nice but also exhausting. I was on the construction site almost daily to experience the progress. Here are a few more photos. Guest bathroom, children's room, and kitchen....

Was the transition of the floors in the kitchen planned that way? It looks kind of strange. Are baseboards coming in the children's room as well? Otherwise, I think it's good.

Yes, it was planned that way.

There will be a strip in front of the kitchen, viewed from the living room.
So the kitchen virtually stands on the parquet and with the push-to-open handles, it rather looks like a living room wall unit.

That's exactly how it was supposed to be.

Baseboards will come at Christmas.

Here's an interesting construction progress update from us (ceiling on the ground floor just before pouring). What a hustle.
