Certainly for a single-family house. But it will be a three-family house. The gross floor areas are about 200 square meters.The footprint in the photos looks really intense!

I really like your garden side with the window facade, but having a gallery with a long corridor on top in such a narrow house (at least visually) sounds really difficult to me when designing the floor plan.

Thank you for your feedback. As expected, opinions differ on the shape and color, as I have learned from some feedback from passersby over the garden fence. I will look for the floor plans and upload them.
