Since I have also received a lot of useful information in this forum (once again, many thanks especially to ), I would like to share a few pictures of our construction project.

Construction started a few weeks ago and the ground floor has now been built.
The view is from the future sofa.

Our scaffolding was dismantled this week, roofing work is completed, and the windows will be delivered next week. I am currently working on the HVAC installation before proceeding to the rough electrical installation on the ground floor and upper floor. The electrical work in the basement is already completed.

Scaffolding removed from in front of the window, exterior plaster and painting?! One almost has to ask why one was ever put up in the first place :-)

You could have easily allowed that little advertisement on the roller shutter box for the building materials dealer ;-)

Probably separate contracts – the roofer doesn’t rent the scaffolding on to the plasterer.

In single trade awarding, scaffolding is a separate trade and is also coordinated by site management ;-)
