Somehow cute, but it seems so small to me. You don’t have a basement either, right? Hopefully, the view will remain, it’s really amazing, I’m jealous!

No basement and "only" 125 sqm of living space, but that's enough for two people. You also have to clean it all. But yes, here for the forum it's almost tiny.
To the property boundary, it's still over 40 meters to the back, so even if something were to be built there, it would still be far away.

I was just provided with fresh photos because the last part of the scaffolding was taken away this morning. I think we chose the right house.
I like the big windows......what would personally bother me is the building in the background, somehow it spoils the picture....well, you can't have everything
