Almost 1:1, only in terms of color I find the implementation more appealing than the draft.

Hello everyone! To keep the thread from straying too far from the topic, here are 2 pictures from us today. One is the draft, and the other shows how it ultimately looks.

The downspout of the gutter on the terrace would bother me.

Apparently it wasn’t noticed in the draft? (But it’s kind of common that these downspouts are not really “planned” and you only see their outlet point in the underground pipe at the ground)

I would only be bothered by the downspout of the gutter on the terrace.

You have to die somehow. How would you have solved it if you want the roof overhang here like this and not in front of the window next to it?
To me, it looks inevitable and done properly.

What is that supposed to cost? On one side 0.5 less, on the other 0.5 more and it’s balanced.

And in new construction it’s quite normal to specify the heights of the coverings so that doesn’t happen.

Screed is really cheap. And target heights are specified anyway. That could have been properly regulated.

The edge still looks new now, but it won’t stay that way for long.

But as I said, what if you can't stand vinyl anymore?

We will install another arch, then it won't be so deep. We only noticed that now, after the terrace was laid out like this.
And we simply wanted a roof (overhang) without posts!
