The exterior basement walls were successfully erected.
Erecting finished walls - that's called a "prefabricated basement," right? It is probably significantly cheaper than a basement built "stone by stone." How does this compare to an on-site cast/formwork basement?
Do you also have warm basement rooms, meaning how do you insulate the concrete walls?

In terms of price, the masonry option would actually be somewhat cheaper, as there is quite a lot of rebar in the walls. However, we used WU concrete + black tank (had to use it) for the exterior walls because we are building at the bottom of a slope and have hydrostatic pressure. The interior walls are built from sand-lime bricks. The basement has full living space quality (including the garages). The exterior is insulated with 16 cm XPS.
