Progress is being made.
In our half, the first exposed concrete staircase has been installed (ah) and wrapped, the second will come tomorrow after the pouring of the upper floor ceiling.
In the other half, the walls in the attic will continue in the next few days. I approved the planning of the roof trusses and the window order earlier.
Slowly we can start thinking about the topping-out ceremony

Yes, we are curious too, but where did you spot a monster? 160 sqm is certainly within limits. We are just not mainstream, and that is a good thing. The best is being made out of the plot in relation to the living space.

We are entering the final phase, today the kitchen and stairs arrived.

The tiler started grouting the bathroom today.

I’m getting back in touch again. The blower door test was yesterday. The result was a value of 0.5, despite 2 issues (empty conduits for the roller shutters and the attic hatch should be better sealed). Otherwise, he was very satisfied.

Today and tomorrow the final plumbing installation is taking place (bathrooms, controlled residential ventilation, water, etc.) =>Pictures to follow. The electrician still has to clip on a few switches and that’s it.

8.5 months have passed from the foundation of the lower L-stones until today, and next week we will move in!

We have been finished with the construction for a year and happily moved in. Therefore, I cannot show any current construction site pictures anymore, but at least a picture of the front yard. At first, we had only sown grass to prevent weeds. Then, when I didn't feel like mowing for a few days, we just waited and watched what would happen. We liked the result so much that we left it as it was.
