Our house is 6.84 x 10m. More is not possible due to the floor area ratio.

So it is still over 2.5 floors certainly ~120m², right? Is another house (semi-detached house) going up against the side outer wall? Or why are there no windows there?

Edit: Just discovered your thread... no need to explain anything further...

For us, the building window of 12.6m x 7.6m was the limiting factor...

Some pictures from us again. The bathtub is in the bathroom and the stairs are also installed by now. On Monday, the tiler will start with the tiles in the bathrooms. The heating will also be finally connected this week. It looks like the handover will be in about 2 weeks.
Oh, and here’s the view from our seating area in the kitchen.
