Intense, right? I mean, many said, yeah yeah, the shell goes up quickly. But they managed everything from the terrain modeling (Ok, the weather or rather the rain softened the ground so much on top that the terrace/ carport L-bricks couldn't be set) to the basement and the rest in the photo all within 8 weeks.

I don’t really find that intense. Your house is architecturally very "simple," without projections or the like. That just goes fast. Is the basement made of prefabricated parts or was it cast in place concrete?

The shell construction is quickly erected.. after that, it takes time.

The basement is completely cast on site, so in-situ concrete.

I'm still impressed. My construction coordinator commented for the first time about a completion date a week ago, possibly July 2019 :-p

Despite the freezing temperatures, our structural builders are working hard. The front view is blocked this time, but you can now see the covered entrance. After the ceiling is in place, the rooms really feel wider, to our relief.
