Beautiful, flat land. The other houses, I find them partly too densely built, way too dense. Where is the added value compared to a terraced house or condominium? For example, that coffee grinder down there, that just doesn't work on that little piece of land. Well, maybe I'm too old for this world. K.

Coffee grinder? Do you mean the house with the 2 full stories and chimney?
Yes, the plot is actually quite flat (just under 2m slope over 35m length and where the house is supposed to stand there is almost no slope)... you practically can't get it any flatter here in the area since it's actually quite hilly (which you can't see in the picture). On top of that an unbeatable price of 34€/sqm and only the usual restrictions in the development plan, like plot ratio, floor space index and so on... but all totally reasonable, so you basically have no restrictions that could bother you.

When we took the pictures, our new neighbor already said hello. You can actually have a pretty good conversation with him. He hadn’t moved in last time.

Well then, here is our property. The picture is taken from the end of the property towards the street, and behind the photographer is just a field. 1639 sqm, relatively flat but unfortunately we need a pile foundation (which we knew before buying)
