The ground around the house is so hard and dry and currently has a slight slope due to earthworks at the very beginning, which pushed everything towards the house, causing it to stand in a small pool and the water probably ran in through the terrace and construction door.

No, nothing was open. We had a storm here yesterday that uprooted entire trees, flooded street tunnels, and flooded entire streets like a torrential stream. I currently have no idea how we can get it dry without a very large time delay. Electricians and Sami at least say that it does not interfere with their current work. This really sucks...

Off to the hardware store and buy a suitable pump to get the worst outside. Then talk to the site manager about the moisture, if necessary start [Bautrocknung].

That has all already been set in motion. The recordings are from this morning by our architect. She has already spent 2 hours vacuuming out most of it. Looks jwtzt Now she will discuss how to proceed best. I am more worried about the masonry. This aerated concrete is like a sponge. Well, she will now check whether some kind of dehumidification can be carried out.

The aerated concrete still absorbs hundreds of liters of water from the plaster. Don't worry about that. Stones stand on pallets in the rain, shell constructions stand outside over the winter... I would only be reluctant to have moisture between the [Schweißbahn] and the floor insulation, as it will be trapped.
