Man, just measure in the bathroom how much distance there actually is! Back then in the open plan room we had everything ripped out and redone because the distance was too large at 20cm and there was nothing lying in the reveals.... in the bathroom we have under 10cm and a wall heating and we don’t need towel holders or anything it becomes wonderfully warm even with low flow... do you want to be cold in the bathroom your whole life? It’s no problem to walk on these coils, you just have to be a bit careful ... so come on: ladder out and measure ...

Isn't the laying distance extremely large and uneven? What kind of lead time is planned?

A flow temperature of 35° is planned.
I didn't think it looked uneven on site. The photo was taken with a mobile phone camera through a window, from one side of an entire 11m long room. I don't think that is very representative.
I can't tell you if they are too far apart, I'm not the heating installer. But I have thermostats on the wall where I can set the temperature, and I know what the builder assured me. To be honest, I can't imagine that with almost 400 houses per year, nearly all built with underfloor heating, they would work with a subcontractor who delivers botched work, and that there would be no homeowners complaining.

That is basically correct. However, it is probably very often installed according to the motto "hama schon imma so jemaht." I asked about this very critically in our company.

That is of course true. We quickly end up again on the meta-level on which our entire decision regarding the developer is based. We selected the developer almost purely based on reputation due to our lack of craftsmanship knowledge. They are not the cheapest, but so far everything has gone quite smoothly, and every small friction was immediately resolved. I cannot imagine that they would choose a subcontractor for the underfloor heating who could ruin their reputation, especially given the number of houses. They probably always work with the same ones. However, according to their offer, the underfloor heating was not installed according to a certain scheme but based on a personalized heat load calculation. I do not dare to judge that, as countless factors come into play, right? We will see. The screed has been on top anyway since the end of the week, so it’s water under the bridge.

I can completely understand that and fully agree with you.
I simply use another principle of our region:
“Et hätt noch imma jooht jejange.”
