Today I took a snapshot of the covered balcony/terrace, although the larch wood floor is still missing. The balcony/terrace measures 6 x 5m at this spot, with 3 x 5m covered. Part of the view is in the avatar.

Today, the pile foundation started with us. Unfortunately, with a diesel generator instead of construction electricity, but postponing the appointment was not an option, as the next one would have been at the end of September. It will take 5 working days and we have a great feeling about the team.

Has a chimney sweep or fire safety officer ever looked at this?
Maybe the photo is deceptive, but it looks to me like the chimney is barely compliant.
