I'm stuck. Do you mean the white "strip" that can be seen between the transition of plaster/window frame?

I mean the area below the floor-to-ceiling windows/under the "Fensterblech" (the later exit area). I also don't know what it's called ops:. So the plastic part on which the window rests.

Wait, do you mean the sliding door to the garden?
If yes, the lower part under the windows is not plastered yet. About 20cm are missing up to floor level. The bottom edge of the patio door will later be the garden level. A special base plaster will be applied there. But yes, it will be made in the same color as the facade.
Still under the assumption that we misunderstand each other, we will not have a classic gray-colored base plaster.

Yes, to the garden You also have floor-to-ceiling windows upstairs, I see now , now I understand the confusion (I was so focused on the sliding door.)
Under the base plaster, the window will still be sealed, I was wondering how that was done, because of the yellowish color (or is the yellow something else?).

Phew, I can’t tell you exactly, I’d have to ask our architect.
The fact is, what you see there is the floor slab.
Currently there is about 15cm of insulation on it. On that a "plaster mesh" (my words, no idea what it’s called technically), then a base plaster and then a special "tight" plaster, which isn’t applied yet.

Edit: Only now do I get what you mean.
The paint directly below the sliding/patio door.
I’ll ask how that was implemented.
