That will be the most interesting aspect of the whole matter, since it is a contract and the acceptance will hardly be complete upon moving in (implied conduct). In a legal dispute, it will probably at least be "interesting".
The warranty for the house and the base coat starts upon acceptance. The one for the top coat only starts upon application of the top coat.
The trade is declared by the general contractor as an "external service" within the framework of the contract for work. I also only pay upon completion of the plaster. And that directly to the plasterer. By the way, this was the case for many services.
