Yes, I thought so. But this is a new development area, right? Quite a few things will be rolling over the paving and damaging the nice surface. Normally, the final surface is paved only at 70/80% construction progress (in relation to the construction units). How far has the paving come along with you? It looks very close, although you have to build 5 meters away?

The street is completely finished in the entire new development area. At our place, curbstones are set directly at the property. We are currently still using parts of the street that have been covered.

We are set back 2.80m from the street – the five meters you mention MUST be shifted back for the middle houses because of the parking spaces.

Here in the old picture, you can see the street better.

It is only six meters wide in total without sidewalks or parking spaces – everything is a traffic-calmed area.

Yes, the house has really become very big, I am very happy to finally have more space. The plans are from the architect, I am not allowed to upload them at all, because of copyright, right?
