the upper floor measures 8.5 x 10.0 meters. The roof overhang is about 0.5 meters all around.

The basement is not finished yet. There are still basementless extensions missing.

A basement is being created.....

I had been waiting for that information. From that perspective, it actually looks almost square (and by the way also more spacious; you obviously took good care not to break it down into tiny compartments). In that respect, I was initially unsure whether the ridge is "real" or just constructed to avoid a tent roof. But judging by the dimensions, it is indeed a uniform slope on all sides, and I consider 23° to be accurate.

Basement-less annexes are still missing.

to the south, the extension for the living room is still missing, on the following picture to the left of the covered entrance, where the Isokörbe can be seen in the basement ceiling as a transition. The extension will have a flat roof, which will be accessible from the 1st floor.

To the east, the extension for the study is still missing. Where the ceiling will rest is marked in the photo by the insulation installed in the east wall. The study has a shell height of 3.5 meters.

Instead of doing the baseboards in the basement, we spent almost the entire day on the terrace today. I am always amazed at how warm it gets in the cold winter garden. Today it heated the whole house.
